Which Fender Mustang LT25 amp model for Enter Sandman?

SUPER HEAVY. The record blends a Mesa/Boogie Mark IIC++ with a modded Marshall and stacks three takes of the riff. Fender's list has no Mark series model. Its high-gain pair, METAL 2000 and SUPER HEAVY, is based on the EVH 5150III, and SUPER HEAVY has a fast gate built in, which keeps the gaps in the riff quiet without using the STOMP slot.
